Your rent covers all utilities (water, electricity, gas), high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi, full access to all communal facilities, and 24/7 security and support staff on-site.

How close are you to university?

We are ideally located in Camperdown: just a 10-minute walk to the University of Sydney, 5 minutes by train to UTS, and 20 minutes to ACU Strathfield.

Can I book for one semester?

Yes. We offer flexible lease options including single semester stays, 12-month academic leases, and short stays depending on availability.

Is there support on-site?

Our friendly Iglu management and student support team is available on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
